Kielbasa with Pasta
This is a very good recipe. Quick and easy. I didn't have any stewed tomatoes on hand so I used petite diced tomatoes and then added a pinch of oregano & basil. Didn't have the angel hair so used the thin spag. Recipe calls for 2 tablespoon of butter but I used 1 tblsp. and olive oil. Even with these modifications, this recipe is great and going down in my recipe files!! Thanks

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
I've made peanut butter frosting many times before and never received compliments. Tried this recipe and everyone was commenting on how creamy and tasty it was. They even asked what was in it. Definitely a keeper!!

Creamy Dill Salmon Steaks
My husband definitely gave this recipe a 5 star. (I don't like salmon) Used regular onions as I didn't have green onions. No fresh dill so I used 1 tablespoon of the dry dill. Had plenty of sauce so served salmon and sauce over rice. He loved it. He brought leftovers for lunch and everyone in break room was asking him what he was eating as it smelled wonderful. He loved it!!!
