Banana Crumb Muffins

So good, I don't even have to explain myself. Easy to make, not too sweet, moist and melts in your mouth. Definitely a keeper!

Yummy, they taste exactly like the Famous Amos cookies. However, I'm only giving it four stars as I felt that the recipe is a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll add less sugar and chocolate chips.

Moussaka

YUMMY! I've been craving for moussaka for so long and this recipe is almost perfect. The only modifications I felt that were necessary for me was to double the amount of tomato sauce and add in a a couple of teaspoons of tomato paste onto the ground beef sauce and half a teaspoon of sugar. Also, i agree with others that placing the eggplant in the oven would be better so that the eggplant wouldn't be mushy and have a nice texture to it. Also, I think that the eggplant is just as nice even when it is not peeled and the skin was left alone. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Basic British Scones

I'm sorry, but these scones were quite terrible. I followed exactly at 10 minutes and they came out raw. There's just too much flour and not enough butter and sugar. I ended up throwing away the entire batch. I just don't understand the rave reviews....

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

This recipe was so good, I ate the batch that I was supposed to give away to my friends to eat. It is rich, moist, and has a nice flavor to it. Although I substituted pineapple with apple instead, it's still tastes good.

Classic Lasagna

This recipe was ok, was a little disappointed because I was a beginner and I think next time I'll make my own tomato sauce instead to give it more flavor. Also, I think this dish has too much meat in it. I could have done it without the Italian sausage.
