Baked Potato Soup
This soup was outstanding! I only had red potatoes so I boiled them in the broth till tender, turned out wonderful!! Oh and I used most of a 1 lb of bacon and crumbled it into the soup while it cooked instead of on top.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Excellent with potatoe soup!! We added the topping ingrediants into the batter exept for the butter. We dusted with butter after cooking! Can't say enough, this is a wonderful recipe.
