Authentic Chile con Queso
I have always wondered how they make the white queso in the resturaunts. This is an excellent recipe!

Oven Fried Chicken IV
This is definatly a great recipe! My family and I enjoyed it very much. I cut chicken breasts into strips and it was fantastic. Thank you so much.

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken
The recipe is good but the chicken was still pink. i cooked it another 25 minutes just to be sure.
