Best Tuna Casserole
Good, simple, quick and easy! I wanted to make a hearty meal for 5 hungry adults and made these changes: increased the cream of mushroom soup to 3 cans, increased the tuna to 3 cans, used a whole can of mushrooms, and used a little more than a cup of frozen peas and carrots. Baked at 375 for 25 minutes. It was very moist and very filling! Would definitely make it again!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
These are fabulous. Crunchy edge and chewy center- just how I like them! I followed the recipe completely and ended up baking mine for 9 minutes. It made 3, 16 cookie batches. I know some people had trouble with their cookies and it was suggested to check your cream of tarter. I will admit, mine was expired but I used it anyways and it was fine! I will always keep this recipe close by!

Pizza Dough I
I love this dough. It makes for a perfectly crisp pizza crust and it's so simple! I made it according to the recipe but did end up letting it rise in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap for about an hour, as I wasn't ready to roll out the dough after I completed the recipe. I would have been good either way! Makes a perfect 1/2 sheet of pizza after the hour long rise. Delicious!
