Whomever suggested boiling the jalapenos ruined the recipe. Why use a jalapeno if you don't want a spicy treat? Buy a bell pepper. Boiling made them too soft to use as finger food. I spiced up the ingredients by adding cilanto and oregano and used some Italian sausage. Wonderful! Next time they'll be even better on a spicy jalapeno.
