Irish Soda Farls
My family visited Ulster for a month when I was in high school. We would buy these from a bakery in the village where we stayed. Haven't had them since. This recipe is exactly how I remember them!

Pumpkin Pancakes
The first time I made these they were great! The second time, I had to add more flour as the batter was too runny. I used fresh pumpkin both times, so that may have had something to do with the consistancy of the batter.
