Italian Stewed Tomatoes
I made this with canned tomatoes from my garden and used it for the Best Marinara Sauce Yet recipe from this site. This recipe and the one I used it for were amazing!!!!

Herb Roasted Pork
Followed the recipe for the glaze and rub exactly. The rub was good and the pork was tender and juicy however the glaze was too sweet. It's something I will try again with adjustments to make the glaze not as sweet.

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
Very simple and good sauce. I have no idea what authentic enchilada sauce tastes like but this was good. I didn't have tomato sauce so I used a few good squirts of a good tomato paste in 8 oz of water then I reduced the water the recipe calls for to 1 cup, could of made it less for a thicker sauce.
