Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
I used 8 oz of fresh mushrooms instead of canned, added fresh garlic, and added some fresh parley at the end, but otherwise made the recipe as written. It was yummy! I served it with corn bread and green beans, but I think it would be excellent on top of some flat noodles.

Grilled Garlic Artichokes
This was a great recipe, but I wish the ratio of lemon to oil was greater than the recipe suggests. The lemon really adds great flavor to the artichoke, but can be masked by too much oil. I steamed mine for 30 minutes before grilling. Yummers!

World's Best Lasagna
My boyfriend says he dreamt about it last night. Must be good then, huh? I thought it made too much sauce. It would not all fit in the 9x13. That's ok because I ended up freezing the extra!
