Spent a lot of time in Monterrey Mexico when I was a teen and love the city's and state's cusine especially.

Authentic Mexican food like; Menudo, Barbacoa, Chiles Rellenos, Tamales, etc. I also have a crazy love for casseroles, ribs and all soups.

Molcajete salsa! That is sauce made in a Mexican mortar.
