Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
Great recipe - tasty and very easy to make. Based on other reviews, I used more breadcrumbs and added minced garlic to the meatballs. Next time, I would also use more veggies and/or less broth, because I somehow ended up with a weird broth/meat/veggie ratio (i.e. too meat- and broth-heavy and not enough veggies)

Sage Pork Chops
yum. followed the recs of others and reduced the salt and added cornstarch + water at end to thicken the sauce

Mediterranean Chicken
Tasty sauce, but chicken's too dry. Will chop chicken into smaller pieces next time to allow it to absorb the flavor of the sauce
