Chocolate Cream Pie II

Awesome pie! I added the 1/4 cup bailey's and 2 3/4 cups milk like one of the other reviewers suggested and also used 4 tbles corn starch. I made sweetened whipped cream (1 cup heavy cream, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla & 2 tbles sugar) and it went so fast at my company party. Excellent and I'll definitely make it again! Thanks so much!

I LOVE these cookies! I actually doubled the cinnamon too. Wonderful cookies and super chewy. Dangerous because I could eat them all!

E-Z Marinated Swordfish

So good and so easy! I love lime so I added a little more lime juice and the zest. Made it with Asian Coconut rice and the combined flavors were AWESOME! Will definitely be making again.

Asian Coconut Rice

I made this last night with the E-Z Marinated swordfish, what a great combination - the coconut flavor was great with the lime flavor of the marinade for the swordfish. The only thing I did differently was that I added about 1/4 cup shredded coconut with all the other ingredients. I also think that 20 minutes was way too long, since it took so long to come to a boil it was a little mooshy, will cook it less next time. Will definitely be making again.

Chicken Tikka Masala

I made this recipe and shared it with friends - we all loved it although I also thought that it was a bit on the salty side; taking the other reviews in mind, I only used one teaspoon of salt for each part of the recipe; next time I make it I'll reduce that down to 1/2 teaspoon for sure. Definitely worth it though - SO tasty and so much easier than other Tikka Masala recipes I've seen.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Awesome! I made this last night when I didn't really want to take much time on making dinner. I didn't have all day so cooked it in the slow cooker on high for 3 hours then cooked it on low for an hour. I moved it back up to high for the last hour because I added the veggies (potatoes, carrots, and cabbage) and they brought the temp down. Will definitely make this again - all the other reviews are spot on!

Bolognese Sauce

I really liked this recipe; it was very simple to make and yielded quite a bit. I wanted it a little more "saucy" so I added an extra can of crushed tomatoes and a can of tomato paste. Would make it again.
