Penne Pasta with Cannellini Beans and Escarole
YUM YUM YUM! I added an extra can of tomatoes (the kind with garlic, oregano and basil) and then about half a cup of "no chicken" broth and this was delicious! I will definitely make this again and again.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These were tasty however they never got quite firm enough... I used the spices the recipe called for and wish I had added more, not HOT enough!

Valentine's Day Dessert
These were easy and delicious. I used strawberry and blueberry pie filling instead of the cherry and they turned out great!
