No Bake Double Good Dessert
I brought this to our July 4th family gathering. It is very good but extremely rich! After about the 3rd or 4th bite it gets really sweet. I had to keep telling people not to cut too big a piece because it is so rich. Still, if you like peanut butter and chocolate, this is for you!

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever
This is a recipe I have used for years. For a fun twist. Use same recipe for filling but use muffin papers in muffin cups and use one Nilla Waffer in the bottom of each for crust. Cheesecake Cupcakes!!!! Awesome!

Merwin's Shrimp Gumbo
Being cajun I can see a good gumbo recipe at first glance. This food has been a staple in my life since I was born. I do have a suggestion to anyone who has never tried this little trick my grandfather taught me. Add several tablespoons of ground shrimp for an even more fantastic depth of flavor. Even if you are simply making a chicken and sausage gumbo, this improves the flavor 10 fold. Also, true cajuns ALWAYS serve their gumbo with potato salad. It is the best eating there is on this earth sha!
