Lemon Cheesecake Dessert
Excellent dessert! Will add lemon zest next time since my boyfriend loves it lemony. Will become a favorite!

Strawberry Dream Pie
This is an extremely easy pie to make. Deliciously, cool dessert for those hot summer nights. Definately though will add slices of strawberries to the cream mixture next time for more berry taste. Will be trying it with other fruits too in the future.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
Absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I loved this soup. I added a 1/2 cup milk and sauteed celery, onions and fresh whole tomatoes and added them just before serving. A dollop of sour cream completes this great soup. Plan on making a batch to see if it freezes well.
