Peppermint Bark

The peppermint didn't really stick to the top layer, well I lost half. But the taste is good. I think 24 candy canes are a little too much.

Unbelievable Chicken

I used various chicken parts, the family enjoyed this. This was baked in the oven on 375 for 1 hour, covered for 40 minutes uncovered the rest.

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

I followed the recipe as is, this is very good! The chicken was simmered in sauce after being cooked, served on rolls covered with 3 blend pizza cheese and baked until melted. Yummy!
