My cooking tragedies
Attempting to make potato salad over and over to no avail. Not until a southern coworker gave me a tip. After boiling cut potato's place them in a bowl add salt and pepper then freeze for about 20 -25 minutes. Remove the bowl of potato's to prepare salad. Add strained relish, onion, celery, red and green pepper, mayo, egg and additional salt and pepper to taste. Finally a dash of spicy mustard. This keeps the potato's from being mushy. Wow, people now ask me to make potato salad. LOL

Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops.
Simple and to the point. I did add a little garlic pepper to the thick center cut choops.

Easy Mushroom Rice
Good quick recipe if you use a rice cooker like I did. Also, I used cream of mushroom and chicken broth in place of the items listed.
