Coconut Macaroons III
Spectacular. My wife and I made these along with some fudge and toffee for our wedding favors. They were a huge hit, and quite easy to make in large quantities. I'm not even a huge fan of coconut, but they were beyond delicious.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tasty, but it could use a little work. It needs more acid (I recommend lime juice), and some cheese melted over the top goes a long way. A bit of bacon couldn't hurt, either.

Greek Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers, and Feta
We made the recipe as-is and it was absolutely fantastic. It was every bit as good the next day, too!
