Chicken Pot Pie VIII
Delicious and easy to make. We added veggies from the garden and made sure that the carrots and potatoes were soft before adding them in. We also added seasonings from the garden to spice it up a bit.

Beef and Barley Soup II
Easy to make. Next time I will put more meat and less barley. Better the 2nd day, but needed more broth.

Confetti Tortellini Salad
We have always made a similar salad. I blanch the veggies and add fresh grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor. If you buy a bag of the Eat Smart - pre-cut vegetable mix, it saves even more time!
