I got married a back in 07 and I told my wife I wanted to be a bread guy. I also fancy myself as a grill man. Meats and breads. French toast casserole around Christmas day or eve. I tried to smoke a beef roast on a charcoal grill. Everything was going great except I couldn't get the center up to temperature. I added more coals and centered them under the roast instead of having them around the circumference. A quarter inch of the roast completely burned. The top was fantastic though.
