I'm a 32 year old mother of one and wife of one. We live in the Northeast and really enjoy all the "comfort" foods. I enjoy cooking comfort foods, Italian meals, barbeque and really anything that isn't super involved. My family has a very Polish and German heritage. I love to cook a variety of polish meals. When I was 11 years old I made a meatball and bean casserole. I don't know what happened but the meatballs were still raw when I served it and so far no one has forgotten about it.
