Just got finished making this and the chicken is really moist. I followed the suggestion of using cooking spray ( I used Pam Olive Oil spray ) and used drum sticks instead of thighs. I will make this again so easy and yummy.

I used the frozen hashbrown O'brien by Orida which has onions and peppers in them. Great recipe.

Stuffed Shells III

I love this recipe ! I cut out the salt and pepper and instead used Grinders Italian Seasoning ( it has sea salt, pepper, Rosemary, red pepper ) I did not cover my shells when I put them in the oven and they dried out so they really need that cover when going into the oven. I will make this over and over again.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

I am eating this as we speak and its so yummy !! I added 3 cloves of garlic, extra celery stalks I however could not find button mushrooms so I used steak mushrooms which worked just fine. I am totally making this again.
