Cola Pork Chops
It was the reviews that made me want to try this one. I would have passed but everyone else said it was good, so I gave it a go! The best part? Only 3 ingredients in the sauce and no real prep - perfect for a busy evening! Using thin cut chops, 40 minutes was sufficient cooking time.

Taco Pumpkin Seeds
This is probably the best pumpkin seed recipe I've come across so far. It didn't skimp on flavor, which was important to me.

Spanish Pork with White Wine
We liked this one so much I've made it several times now. It's a simple recipe but don't let that fool you. While it is easy, it's flavorful. I used thin pork chops, making 50-55 minutes is too long.
