Smoked Salmon Vodka Cream Sauce
I've used a variation of this sauce with different fish and seafood and its wonderful everytime. Try using clams instead of salmon and it makes a creamy soup/chowder. Throw some extra veggies in for color and added flavor.

Ashley's Chicken Katsu with Tonkatsu Sauce
This is a Perfect recreation of the L&L's Chicken Kastsu we used to get in Hawaii. I love it. I have been trying to find the sauce recipe for some time, and you hit it just right. Thanks!
