About this Cook
I am a professi onal cook working in Syracuse. I work at a fine dining restaurant. Ihave been a chef for 20 years and I have managed many kitchens. My first job was at a high volume catering company and I was hired as a cook. I learned alot because my boss walked out one night and left me in charge. I am not sure why but I have her to thank for making me ready to work in any situation.

I love to cook Traditional French, I also love Asian and Sushi
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family loves to cook italian. My mothers marinara sauce is the best. We also have a tradition of baking thousands of cookies for christmas.
My cooking triumphs
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. For those who dont know It is rated one of the best Culinary schools in the world.
My cooking tragedies
I would have to say my first time I was ice carving. I was glad I had two blocks of ice because I really messed up.
