didn not have onions and used beef broth snce that is all i had....very good even my son asked for seconds

Ground Beef Stroganoff
very good and fast weekday meal!! I did add paprika salt and pepper..it was great and my little tester liked it a lot...and he never noticed the onions!!! Will make again! Thanks Linda! I made this dish twice in 1 week since my family was disappointed that we ran out of the first batch!

Italian Sausage and Zucchini
Great meal!!! It looked and tasted yummy!! I did use 1/2 cup of chicken broth and it really did the treat...and lots of garlic....i love garlic I added two teaspoons...I served it over rice..
