Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
The only thing I didn't do is mix the pasta with the sauce..I mixed it as I served it...and it was so good!! Thank for the recipe JZELLER!!!

Garlic and Tomato Tilapia
I put Oregano, and put it in the blender since my child is not crazy about tomatoes. It was great! Served it with rice

Spinach Enchiladas Verde
They key to not having the tortilla fall apart is to keep the tortilla at room temperature and gently roll..have been doing this recipe for years and never had to risk dipping the tortilla in HOT oil...
