Baked Lemon Chicken
Delicious! I didn't pour the remaining mixture over the chicken, but i did squeeze half of a lemon on top and broiled the chicken the last 10 minutes to make it extra crispy. Great recipe, definitely a keeper.

Shredded Pork Sandwiches
This recipe was delicious!! I didn't have celery on hand, but it didn't matter. Slow cooking the pork makes it very tender and it has lots of juice. Smother with bbq sauce and it is so yummy!
