I love how people find the need to make no fat banana bread and suggest to add chocolate chips and walnuts or use the whole egg. Personally, I just smother every slice in butter!! Honestly, for almost no fat it was great.

This was fantastic. My wife made it last night, I'm sure we'll see it again soon. Before topping it off, it tasted just like one of our favorite thai dishes in town. In future i think we'll try to mimic that dish by adding chicken and serving with a side of rice. Yum Yum.
