I love making desserts for friends and family. My favorite thing to cook is baking cakes. BIRTHDAYS! I made a four layered chocolate torte with a ice cream filling on my sisters birthday. I tried three times to make a lemon and coconut meringue pie and failed every single time. The filling always melted and got runny after baking the meringue.
