these potatoes were really good. my boyfriend loved them as well. i once added a little shredded cheddar cheese right before i took them out of the oven. you can also put diced bacon on top of the cheese! thanks for this quick addition to our dinners! bettycrocked1

Gina's Lemon Pepper Chicken

this recipe is so fast and easy! it's also really good the next day in a salad. the other thing i do is boil the chicken for approx. 12 min. first-i'm trying to eat a little better and this takes out some of the fat-thanks for this yummy recipe! bettycrocked1

Spinach Dip I

MY FAMILY & I JUST LOVED THIS DIP! WE ATE IT ON HAWAIIAN BREAD AND I USED THE KNORR LEEK SOUP INSTEAD OF VEGETABLE- IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! -THANKS FOR THE TIP! BETTYCROCKED1
