Banana Bran Muffins

amazing, really moist and light. I made as outlined (except no nuts as allgeric) and also made using honey instead of the sugars (and using just a little less overall) and both versions were great.

fantastic. I made exactly as the recipe stated except added 1 tsp of corn syrup in place of 1 tbsp of the sugar. They were delicious - thanks!

these were fantastic, though best eaten within a few minutes of cooking, as they became a little chewy later. I did them under the broiler for about 2 mins on each side. Also added black onion seeds (aka nigella) instead of the garlic

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

these were really great. Left out the nuts as i'm allergic and used a mix of half white choc chips and half semisweet, which was really nice. Also tried them again with half wholemeal flour and the taste and texture was still very good.

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

These were great, lovely texture and subtle flavour. Used lemon extract instead of the vanilla though. updated - made them again, but wanted a vanilla cupcake, so omitted the lemon, added extra vanilla and used a vanilla yoghurt instead of sour cream - excellent
