Jim's Birthday Pasta Salad
If you buy marinated artichoke hearts you dont need to worry about the lemon zest or basil. I used cherry tomatoes cut in half. I love chick peas so I was excited to try this pasta. I thought it was very good.

Mexicali Beer Margaritas
I'm not typically a fan of margaritas, but I thought this drink was great! I think sometimes margaritas are too limey tasting and I think the beer really balanced it out. I used a frozen can of margarita mix concentrate instead of the lime aid.
