Heavenly Halibut
The cheese topping tasted savory and tangy like tartar sauce, a great compliment to a blank canvas like halibut. I seasoned the halibut with 'Its a dilly' and pepper like someone else mentioned, I think it helped balance the cheese flavor. Also added some cheddar because I didn't have enough parmesan.
