Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
I loved these. I think next time I might add more spices to the bread crumbs. I also doubled the coating as others have suggested. The only problem I had with them was that the cheese was not as soft as I would have liked it to be. I will definitely be using this recipe often.

Crustless Pumpkin Pie
This recipe worked out perfectly. It set up within minutes. I even doubled it! I did add some pumpkin pie spice, as I thought the flavor would be too bland. This recipe was quick, easy, and I look forward to tweaking it (as the other raters have) for my grandfather in law who has celiac, and my mom who has diabetes. This is now my go to pumpkin pie recipe! thank you so much for sharing!!!

Chocolate Shell Sauce
I think I might try using 1/3c milk and 1/3 semi sweet next time. The consistency is more like a ganache than like the crackle shell. It does not get quite as hard, but overall this recipe tastes very good over ice cream and I could see it having many other applications to come in my kitchen.
