About this Cook
I am 16 years old and i love to cook. I wish to become a famous baker. I love baking and decorating cakes. I have experimented with baking and have come up with weird but good and delicious pasterys. My family loves them all. I also love to cook. I use my sense of smell to figure out if the ingredients go well together, but i also just have think about and i will know that it wouldn't taste good togehter. Cooking and baking is a passion of mine. I love comming up with different foods. My favorite cooking show is Challange, Chopped, Iron Chef, Ace of Cakes, all of Gordan Ramsy Shows, and Andrew Zimmerman. I also like watching kitchen nightmares.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking anything, whether its hard of weird. I am always up for a challange. I aslo love cooking, and love experimenting with different foods. I love making and decorating cakes. I also like making pizza, lasanaga, pastas, salad, and cassaroles. I really love grilling foods. Frying food is also one of my favorites.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I really din't have a family coooking tradition because i am a foster child, but my mom, foster mother, mokes the most delicios spaghetti sauce.
My cooking triumphs
I have made an awsome desert called peach puffs that everyone seems to love and also a cheesecake and alfredo sauce. I also made a good chicken pasta, italian pasta, potato salad, and shish-ka-bobs.and also a hony mustered Grilled chicken. Many more but too much to mention.
My cooking tragedies
I made a chocolate loaf that was really good one day but once it sat overnight it was disgusting. Also once i made a marble cake, but it turned out gross. Also i made a ice-cream cake, but we couldn't eat it because it was to hard. the ice cream had melted and then hardened again. Also i made a layered cake, it turned out too dense, however the frosting was delicious. I have had many failures, however, i never give up and have been making alterations to the recipes, and now they taste great.

Great!!! My family loved this recipe and they are picky, so id say this is amazing. I added just a little more heavy cream, because there wasn't much sauce. And a litle more red wine. it tastes great.
