Sweet Corn Cake
It is quite easy to make, just took alittle time getting all the ingrediants together. I did 2 batches, but kept the same qty for sour cream. I wanted to add 1 can of creme corn, but I don't have any then. I used a can of whole kernel corn instead. I thought it looked dry, but it turned out just fine after 25mins of baking. Smell amazing and tasted great!

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake
I rate it at 4.5 stars. It was still very good after I customized the recipe to suit my personal calorie and diet preference. I omitted center-fillings of brown sugar portion. I also added 1/2 tsp of almond essence and 1/4 C of flax seed, oat bran and wheat germ. I used 1C of whole wheat flour and the rest regular. I also used only 1C of sugar, brown instead of white. I added 1/4 C of honey and doubled the blueberries.

Marinated Tuna Steak
It was terrific. I seared the tuna instead of grilling.
