Good and simple but, I don't think anyone would be begging for a copy of this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and I thought it was just okay and so then I added some ham and it was better.

Yummy! My baby loved them as his first pancake! My 3 year old "mmmm"ed his way through them and my hubby went back for thirds! I did double the cinnamon and topped with thin apple slices and raisins. Love em'!

Fantastic! Soft and yet crisp texture to the cookie with the butterscotch is soo yummy! I followed the recipe exactly. I would recommend chilling the dougfh just a little and then rolling them into soft balls before baking to help them from breaking later. Oops one broke, I better eat that one ;) You will enjoy this recipe!
