Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili
VERY tasty... sweet and flavorful. However, we feel it needs a little more salt, garlic and beans. Some minced or crushed tomato would have been a good addition. Great healthy version and one we will enjoy again with the added ingredients above. We used olive oil instead of vegie oil and we also added a diced green pepper.
