Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
This recipe is easy and deliciously succulent! I'm a student and so made it for myself and halved the recipe but it was A LOT and I ate it for 2 successive days with no regret. Please tell me you gonna try it! The changes I made, considering it a bit unhealthy, I substituted all kinds of canned tomatoes ingredient of same amount with fresh diced tomatoes together with its skin(anti-allergic properties+bioactive polyphenols+antioxidants, BUT careful washing is mandatory!); I substitued sour cream with yogurt, used dried basil instead of parsley, used 1 can of "Gallina Blanca tomato sauce for macaroni" in hand instead of condensed tomato soup, I substituted salsa with pickled cucumbers, and used only 1 cube of bouillon. I served with sweet dinner bun and it was the most wonderful treat. Thanks!
