Butternut Squash Soup with a Kick

Great flavor a little thin for my liking and I don't think the flavor wouild have been near as good if I hadn't roasted the squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper instead of boiling it. I also don't think I could have ever gotten it peeled in order to boil it because I almost didn't get it cut in half. I would make it again though.

Blooming Onion and Dipping Sauce

This batter and dipping sacue were awesome. even though it is a pain make sure to double dip the batter. It really does make a huge difference. I did rings and not the blossom.

Lemon Whippersnappers

Very refressing taste. Extremely light and fluffy cookies. Never had softer. Almost like they will melt in your mouth. My suggestion though is to put the powdered sugar on a plate and drop spoonfuls of the chilled mixture onto it and then roll it around the plate to make a ball while covering it in the sugar. If you try to roll it into a ball and then in the powdered sugar all you get are both hands covered in sticky dough and no cookie.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

I followed the directions exactly and it was wonderful. Peeling the tomatoes was simple. just score an x in each one and place in boiling water for 1 minute. those skins that don't just fall off will be simple to peel off. Very simple recipe and process for the upscale outcome.

Mexican Zucchini Cheese Soup

This soup is amazing. I would eat it everyday if possible. The only things I did different were using about 15 oz of regular rotel instead of the mexican-stewed tomatoes and I used 16 oz of the cheese. I also added some thickener at the end because it was too thin.
