I'm a mother of three and wife of one. I don't really necessarily LIKE cooking at this particular time because I'm usually doing it with two kids hanging on me or under my feet screaming while I'm trying to get dinner on the table... lol. I actually prefer to cook breakfast foods... but don't necessarily get the chance to right now. My mom always makes potato dumplings for christmas and getting the batter "just right" (thick enough for the spoon to stand up in it) is always grounds for serious family discussion. Well, I can make a mean devil's food cake... with rich chocolate frosting. I still can't just "whip something up". I want to be able to go into my kitchen and just cook without following a recipe... and have it turn out good. lol.
