Apple Crisp II

Great recipe!! Can use this if you are short on apples. I used only 5 cups of apples, but used the same amount of topping. The extra "crisp" MADE this dessert.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Wow, great for the cholocate lover. I think I ate the whole loaf by myself except for a couple slices over the course of a couple days. Will make again!

Gingered Pepper Steak

Great recipe. I am not even a big beef fan. The key that made this good for me was cutting the steak very thin before you marinade. It turns out very tender, not chewy.
