Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles II
I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the cookies spread only tot he edges and the middle was still very big and bulky. It tasted okay, but they were hard to pick up.

Buttery Rolls
These rolls must be from heaven or SOMETHING, because they're so light and fluffy. I didn't have a bread machine so I did it the hand made way. Everything I did was normal except while I was waiting for the yeast to proof, I creamed the butter because it was not yet soft. I had extra time so I actually started beating the sugar and the butter (and I used 2 pinches of sugar for the yeast).

Churros
It was good but since I used a little oil to fry, one exploded on me o_o! So I opted to roll them out thin and cut slits in them and make twisty shapes.
