Banana Butter Icing
Excellent! I used it with the Surprise Banana Cake. A little sweet (hence the 4 stars) but still wonderful.

Surprise Banana Cake
I did this recipe as except I used Splenda Blend instead of sugar and excluded the nuts. I used the Banana Butter Frosting (this site) and it was all perfection!

Cola Pork Chops
I browned the chops briefly w/ flour and olive oil. I used ketchup, some spicy BBQ sauce and Dr. Pepper since we were out of coke. EXCELLENT! I think I'm going to try this for BBQ sandwiches.
