Traditional Mashed Potatoes

I normally dislike mashed potatoes, but these were really good. Even better with lots of shredded cheddar :]

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Wow wow wow!!!! This chicken was delicious and flavorful. We didn't have the time to cook on a grill, so instead we cooked in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes or so. It was just delicious with green beans and mashed potatoes.
