I'm a 22-year-old single mom living in West Middlesex, PA. My son will be 4 years old this fall and as he goes off to preschool, I'll hopefuly be starting classes to become an Ultrasound tech. I love cooking and making new recipes when I can afford them...I just hate the dishes! Hehe.

Chicken Scampi: Remember you can always add more salt AFTER it's cooked if it needs it....too much salt ruins it >_< _________________
Although I like it...never put vanilla in the eggs when making omelets. It ruins the sausage gravy.___________________
Never use canned crab for the chicken oscar....toooooooo grainy and ruins the perfect texture of the sauce.
