Graham Cracker Crust I

Dump Cake I

My mom used to make this when we were kids and I was looking for the recipe-which this simple version was it! Dump cake is so easy and tastes so good. If you haven't tried it you should.

This was my first time making eggplant parmesan and this recipe was great. I had some left-over eggplant and was looking for something to do with it. Instead of using the 9X13 dish, I used a little pyrex bread loaf pan and this was a great portion for my husband and I. Overall the dish was easier to make than I expected and it tasted great!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This was my first time making baked mac n' cheese and this receipe was great. I did add the butter to the milk and eggs and layered in the cheese with the mixture on top as some other people recommended. I also topped with the bread crumbs and it came out delicious.

Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese

These were really delicious!! I made them as my first official appetizer for a party and was suprised how good they tasted. I did however make the mistake of baking them on a flat cookie sheet which made a greasy mess at the bottom of my oven, and I did over cook them just a little; so I recommend keeping a good eye on them in the oven and using a pan that will catch the bacon grease. They are also a little time consuming to stuff and wrap if you're in a hurry so I also recommend planning ahead when making them. Overall one of the tastiest app's I've ever eaten.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

My husband and I both enjoyed this receipe a lot. I had some left over chicken I needed to do something with, and found this recipe which fit perfect. It was really easy and great when you can't find something to fix and are tired of the same old meals. The video was helpful also.
