I made this on a pumpkin pie and it was fabulous! Very simple to make.

My mom used to make this when we were kids and I was looking for the recipe-which this simple version was it! Dump cake is so easy and tastes so good. If you haven't tried it you should.

This was my first time making eggplant parmesan and this recipe was great. I had some left-over eggplant and was looking for something to do with it. Instead of using the 9X13 dish, I used a little pyrex bread loaf pan and this was a great portion for my husband and I. Overall the dish was easier to make than I expected and it tasted great!
