Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

We decided to grill this, and just continuously baste the salmon while grilling. It could have been marinated for a bit, but it was just fine without it. The taste of the salmon still came through and was not overpowered by the glaze. Very good!!!

Tuna Patties with Dill Sauce

These were so good, and moist. The dill sauce was too mayonnaise-y, so I added a few dollops of plain yogurt and it was a perfect balance! I've been craving them since I made them!

Zucchini Patties

These actually turned out to look just like the picture, and they were delicious!!! I made them at a potluck while everything else was cooking, and they were gone before it was all done...my boyfriend who hates vegetables even liked them!
