Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
Yum!! Am now in the processes of forwarding this recipe to 4 ladies from our potluck last night. I add 1/2c sour cream and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, baked 70min in insulated pan...perfection!!!

Lemon Curd Bars
Didn't knock my socks off. The crust was WAY to buttery, even left a film of butter in the bottom of the pan. I didn't use baking soda as recommended. I found it too sweet as well. My husband LOVED it, however. I felt a heart attack coming on when just looking at the pan, very unusual for me!

Taco Pie
Let me start with, my teenage son said "Finally! A decent dinner!" I added a can of black beans to the meat to make it more substantial and mixed in 1/2 a jar of chunky salsa, only used half of the sour cream than what was called for and a fraction of the chips (fat!fat!fat!) just enough for the crunchy texture. Turned out fab!
